L’Oreal RevitaLift Miracle Blur is Magic. That’s All.

*Note: The photos show me before applying the product, and after my cleansing and prepping regime.

As much as I want to believe advertisers when they make claims about their fantastic products, I am usually skeptical. I’ve spent countless amounts of money over the years trying out mascaras that claim to give me tarantula-length lashes, glosses that claim to give me Angelina Jolie lips, and face creams that miraculously erase 20 years off my face! A while back, Allure sent me a full-sized tube of L’Oreal RevitaLift Miracle Blur to review, which supposedly has the ability to instantly make your skin smoother and virtually “blur” lines on your face. My immediate reaction was, “Yeah, right.”  In fact, it took me a while to really use the product beyond the recommended time for the review.

I’m so happy L’Oreal proved me wrong. I cannot live without RevitaLift! Okay, I could live

without Miracle Blur but that would make me very sad. After reading the instructions, I cleaned, added moisturizer, and primed my face. I applied the silky, thick (but not oily) cream to my face and was instantly a convert. My face was extremely smooth, and those pesky little lines on my forehead looked as if they’d been erased. I had to readjust my eyeglasses and do a double take! Not only did my skin appear flawless, but I really loved that RevitaLift contained sunscreen (and should be used as such). I’ve tried the product with and without foundation and I do think that if you decide to use it as the final step before foundation, you make sure that you’re sufficiently moisturized and primed first. Those extra steps help RevitaLift to really do what it claims to do.

Protecting my skin is just as important as making it look good, and that should always be your priority too. I’ve sufficiently squeezed out each precious drop, and so it’s time for a replacement. You can purchase L’Oreal RevitaLift Miracle Blur at mass merchandise stores like CVS, Target, and Walgreens.
